Chief Financial Officer

Edward Liss is the Chief Financial Officer of M.A.F. He is responsible for financial reporting and structuring new acquisitions. In addition, Ed coordinates with investors and their counsel regarding 1031 exchange requirements.

Edward started his real estate career working on a top producing sales team at a national real estate firm. During that time, he analyzed 6,000 units and over $400 million of investment real estate. His next years included assisting in management of that sales team, selling investment real estate, and working at a local Chicago real estate company on the brokerage side.

Edward is also a co-founder of Triton Realty Group. Edward has a decade of real estate experience and sold over 2,000 units valued at nearly $100 million of property. These transactions have been apartment and mixed-use buildings in Chicago, Chicago suburbs, and secondary markets within Illinois.

Education: University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign, Bachelor of Science in Finance, with a concentration in real estate
